By accessing or purchasing any course or training material offered by 3PMO ("we", "us", or "our") at www.3pmo.ca, you ("the Student") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
Upon successful enrollment and payment, 3PMO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the course materials for personal, non-commercial educational use only. Access is granted for up to one (1) year from your enrollment date, or until you pass the PfMP® exam, whichever comes first.
This license is granted solely to the individual who enrolled. Course access may not be shared, transferred, gifted, or sold to any other person or organization. Each enrollment is for a single named user only.
All course content — including but not limited to video lectures, written study guides, practice questions, mock examinations, application guides, sample documents, and any other materials provided as part of the training program — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3PMO and its instructor.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, transmit, broadcast, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any course content, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, without the prior written permission of 3PMO. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of course materials constitutes copyright infringement and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, as well as civil and criminal liability.
You agree not to:
3PMO provides its training program on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of our course content, we do not guarantee that completion of the training will result in passing the PfMP® exam. Exam success depends on individual preparation, experience, and performance. The PfMP® certification is administered solely by PMI® and 3PMO has no affiliation with or endorsement from PMI®.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3PMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the course, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or failure to pass the PfMP® exam. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
3PMO reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the course at any time, without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms of Service. Upon termination for breach, no refund will be issued.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Brunswick, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
