Marco Lo Visco is a PfMP®-certified senior IT leader and the founder of 3PMO, an initiative focused on advancing portfolio, program, and project management capabilities through education and thought leadership. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across finance, healthcare, logistics, supply chain, and retail, he specializes in aligning technology investments, financial governance, and strategic priorities to maximize business value.

His career has evolved from systems analyst and project manager to IT executive and enterprise PMO leader, guiding complex technology initiatives and helping organizations turn strategy into execution. He holds 10 professional certifications and two Master's degrees, and is particularly passionate about portfolio management and the discipline of selecting the right initiatives to maximize business value.

As a Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP®) certified by PMI, Marco created the 3PMO PfMP® Certification Training Programme to help senior professionals earn PMI's highest-level certification on their first attempt. His approach combines real-world portfolio governance experience with structured exam preparation, giving candidates both the conceptual foundation and the practical confidence they need.
