Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee

3PMO stands behind the quality of its PfMP® Certification Training with a 100% Certification Approval Guarantee. If you complete the program in full and do not pass the PfMP® exam, we will refund your full enrollment fee — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund under the 100% Certification Approval Guarantee, you must satisfy all four of the following conditions:

  1. Complete 100% of all course modules before sitting the PfMP® exam. Partial completion does not qualify.
  2. Achieve a minimum score of 75% in all mock/practice tests included in the course before attempting the official exam.
  3. Attempt the PfMP® exam within 6 months of your enrollment date. Refund requests will not be accepted for exam attempts made after this window.
  4. Provide official proof of your exam result (pass or fail) issued by PMI® — such as your official score report — within 30 days of receiving your result.

3. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — PfMP® Training". Your email must include:

  • Your full name and enrollment email address.
  • A screenshot or export confirming 100% course module completion from the learning platform.
  • Your mock test score reports showing a minimum of 75% on all included tests.
  • Your official PMI® exam result document.

We will review your request within 10 business days of receiving all required documentation. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You did not complete 100% of the course modules prior to the exam.
  • You did not achieve a minimum score of 75% on all included mock tests.
  • You attempted the exam more than 6 months after your enrollment date.
  • You failed to provide official PMI® documentation of your exam result within 30 days.
  • Your access was terminated due to a breach of the Terms of Service.
  • You passed the PfMP® exam.

5. No Change-of-Mind Refunds

Outside of the 100% Certification Approval Guarantee described above, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or failure to meet the PMI® eligibility requirements for the PfMP® exam prior to enrollment. We encourage all prospective students to review the PMI® eligibility requirements carefully before purchasing.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
